Follow-up to earlier videos
Apologies for the long wait from earlier videos until now. This video is to help establish our future plans for videos, and no, we're not making any excuses, just promises for better, and educational videos.
Getting Water in -25C
How to properly cut through ice with an axe. This is a very good skill to learn for cold weather Bushcraft, when augers and other modern conveniences are not accessible. Helpful for icefishing and depending on the thickness of the ice, much more efficient then trying to melt snow for drinking water (large quantities of water can be collected in moments, rather than hours).
The Figure Four Deadfall Trap
Canadian Bushcraft Instructor Caleb Musgrave demonstrates the set-up and trapping-action of the figure four deadfall to students.
